At the pinnacle of human evolution in regards to science and technology, the demand for interactivity is the highest it has ever been. And why shouldn't it be? It is the new step towards more cost effectiveness as well as efficiency in most, if not all, types of markets and industries. Interactive touch-screens are, after a decade of boom in mobile phones, much easier to adopt and integrate in workspaces, classrooms, retail outlets and etc. It can be the best method of communication within a business hierarchy. New business directives, updates on security procedures and all other kinds of amendments would be much more likely to be read by employees if shown on an interactive touch-screen, contrary to the expected lack of diligence faced if they had been stapled and left forgotten on some notice board.
In addition to this, it can also, without a doubt, be claimed that interactivity is the key for attentiveness of students across the globe. Because truly, what would be more ideal for them? Boring textbooks or even a projector whose performance depends entirely on adjusting the lights of the room, or the newest refinement of what technology has to offer? At retail stores, interactive touch-screens can be used instead of store personals, giving the business an edge over its competitors. It allows customers to have a certain freedom of choice, unparalleled to what is given with face-to-face contact provided by employees, which might make them uncomfortable and more susceptible to external influences.
To conclude, why waste precious amount of resources on obsolete methods instead of embracing the advantages of technology like we have for the better part of this decade? Interactive touch-screens are the new get-go of this time period, one that should be intermixed into our lives as soon as possible.
